Closely following Govt.ie Guidelines I am delighted to say that we can safely get back to practicing Yoga, Mindfulness and Wellness together, to boost the well-being of our bodies and minds.
Here’s what you need to know…
We are excited to see you, and you will be excited to see us and each other but please resist the urge to hug. Maybe blow a kiss, offer a ‘namaste’ or place your hand on your heart to show your love instead. These are of course new ways of greeting to us, and can feel very strange at times, but they need to become our new norm in order to keep us all as safe as possible.
Class sizes are limited for your health and safety. Classes must be booked and paid for in advance. I can only offer spaces in private groups to people who would like to commit to a term.
Sorry, No Drop-Ins at this time
I am taking payments via Revolut or PayPal – get in touch for details
I will honor any pre-covid19 classes purchased, so just let me know if you would like to join in again!
Unfortunately, I can no longer provide props so please bring your own mat, water, blanket, towel, etc. Please keep all other personal belongings to a minimum.
Please wear a mask to and from class (this does not apply to children under age 13, but they can choose to wear one if they wish). Masks are not required during class because….
There is a 2-metre gap between each yoga mat. This will be clearly marked. Be kind, stay within your space.
Wash or sanitise hands before class and after class.
Doors open 10 minutes before scheduled class start time. For children’s classes; I will meet the children outside the front doors 5 minutes before class and then return the children to be collected by their responsible adult, at the end of class.
Sadly – no physical adjustments during class at this time.
I will be keeping a register for each class for Contact Tracing purposes.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in direct contact to anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or anyone who is awaiting a test for same, please remain at home and do not attend the class.
This is your safe space. Your time to relax, unwind and escape from the endless “to-do’s”. Please enjoy your time at class. I am delighted to be back, sharing yoga and wellness with you again.
Thank you so much for your support.
